Our choice and responsibility: interview with the president of the WLRH
« Although everyone feels they have the right to happiness, most people subconsciously enter into unhappiness . » said Pierre Dac. Murielle van Boxem continues: « In the 21ste century, neuroscience has shed light on how our brain works and the mechanisms that lead us to the state of happiness or not.
So we can become masters of the game by understanding our usual behaviors and learning to manage the chemistry of our brain, our neurotransmitters, according to Dr. Breuning. Or we can remain dependent on our habits, that is, our limiting disabling beliefs and make the same mistakes again, according to Dr. Erskine.
It is up to us to choose between the grip of cortisol, the neurotransmitter of fear-distress that prevents us from being happy and the conscious use of our neurotransmitters of happiness».
Remember that 90% of our thoughts are identical to those of the previous day and 80% are negative. Only 8% of our fears are justified. What time is wasted grinding the negative if we get caught in the trap !
