Happiness at work, QWL or the "best employers" are interesting concepts coming from the 20th century, but they only take employees into consideration and are only apprehended with a satisfaction index.

Led by one of our experts, the diagnosis is based on interviews directed with a sample of your executives and managers, and is based on the 14 areas as defined by the standards, as well as on the measurable indicators of the References Tables and the Key-Elements.
Following these interviews and the analysis work, our expert proposes an action plan with, if necessary, improvement, training and support.
We have developed tools and programs to train employees, managers and executives on happiness management, potential optimization, recruitment, HR management and creativity. The goal is to help organization executives and managers to organize and manage their employees and teams and themselves to be happy at work and in their work.
When the action plan proposed by the expert is put into action and produce results, we then suggest the certification audit to verify compliance, and to add the benefit of this recognition for employees, clients and the company itself.
The audit process conducted by one of our licensed experts is fast and can be done once per year, until you obtain the full certification.
The expert assesses the organization, the human resources services, and/or the services to the clients, and he will review the procedures and actions already in place that address the certification standards and criteria.
If your results reach the different quotas of the certification, your company receives the certification, which is valid for 2 years. You will also receive a full detailed report from our expert, with recommendations to better enhance your actions and your investment yield.
Each year, we award a Golden Clover to companies that have obtained the Happiness Certification (either for the customers Certification or for the employees Certification), and that have made real efforts and progresses toward the Happiness goal, in their organization or their management.
The nominated companies and winners appear on our website and the results are communicated to the media through our press department. Recipients are also allowed to insert the Golden Clover logo and information in all of their communications.

The diagnostic and audit missions and the certification are performed by consultants chosen and trained by The World League for the right to happiness. They are in full compliance with the happiness References tables and the Key-Elements specific to each country where they operate.
